1. OPERATIONAL SCOPE Vexaura Intelligence provides specialized SaaS solutions (The Auditor, The Visualizer) for the Print on Demand (POD) industry. By initializing the Vexaura Terminal, you engage with the Vexaura Industrial Standard. All software logic, HUD layouts, and terminal protocols are proprietary.

2. PRODUCT DEFINITIONS

  • The Auditor: A financial diagnostic tool for identifying "ghost fees" and margin stabilization.

  • The Visualizer: An image optimization engine designed for high-fidelity upscaling prep.

3. NO-REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL SAAS) Due to the immediate delivery of digital value and the proprietary nature of our logic engines, all transactions for the $100 (The Auditor) and $200 (The Visualizer) tiers are non-refundable. Once access is granted to the Vexaura Terminal, the sale is final.

4. DATA PRIVACY & CREATIVE SOVEREIGNTY Vexaura Intelligence adheres to PIPEDA standards. While we do not sell personally identifiable information (PII), we maintain absolute rights to utilize Anonymized Aggregate Data and Creative Metadata. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Compositional Analysis: Subject matter (e.g., "Skulls"), orientation (e.g., "Right-facing"), and color profiles processed via The Visualizer.

  • Operational Analytics: Margin performance, fee structures, and regional trends identified via The Auditor. This data is utilized for proprietary market research, system optimization, and the generation of "Vexaura Pulse" industry reports.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NO-RELIANCE We provide "Resolution-Only" data; however, the user assumes all risk for business pivots or niche exits based on Vexaura insights. We are not liable for market shifts or loss of profit. Users acknowledge that Vexaura is a market-influence platform designed to provide a 21-day "Hot Window" advantage.
